Lydia Jones joined Wilson Gunn in 2017 and qualified as a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney in 2024.
Lydia has experience in assisting clients in a broad range of commercial sectors, but particularly in the field of sports and medical products. During her time as a trainee she undertook a secondment to a global medical technology company, assisting with review and maintenance of its expansive global trade mark portfolio.
Lydia assists clients to protect and maintain their brands across the world. She has a particular interest in advising clients in relation to third party conflicts, including filing and defending trade mark oppositions, and exploring settlement options.
